Old Creek Homes is a highly experienced home builder.  Additionally, we focus on in-fill single-family and townhouse subdivisions located in Alexandria, Fairfax, and Arlington counties.

Single Family

We are typically seeking tear-down opportunities in Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County, Virginia. We also seek parcels that can be subdivided into 5-10 single-family lots.

Townhomes

Our typical townhouse subdivision is underutilized land that can be re-subdivided. We are constantly pursuing parcels in land-constrained areas in Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax County.

Matt Gray

Managing Partner

Matt Gray began his real estate career in 2000 from the ground up.  During summer breaks at Virginia Tech, he worked for a commercial glass company.  After graduation, he moved into residential development for 3 years completing 85+ homes valued in excess of $75M throughout the Washington, DC market.  From 2008 on, he has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including the development of hotels, retail, apartments, restaurants, land development and much more.

Over the past 15 years, he has completed 100+ projects valued at an estimated $350M throughout Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.

Matt has a finance degree from Virginia Tech and currently lives in Old Town Alexandria.

Paul Kelminsky

Paul Kelminsky has over 18 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry working as both a superintendent and project manager for large general contractors and developers in the Washington, DC market.  He has successfully managed the completion of more than 1,600 multifamily units on various projects valued at over $1.6 billion.  The most notable projects being Turnberry Tower in Arlington VA, City Center in Washington D.C. and most recently City Ridge in Washington, DC.  Paul’s experience working for both general contractors and developers has provided him with a vast knowledge of all aspects of the real estate and construction industry. 

Ian McVeigh

Sales Manager

After servicing the DMV for 20 years as a licensed realtor and owning his own brokerage Ian McVeigh is now running one of the DMV’s top teams. The Redstone Group was founded in 2021 and has since closed over $250 million in sales and helped over 400 families. Ian initially moved to NOVA when his father, a colonel in the Army, was stationed at the Pentagon. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in finance Ian hit the ground running with his Real Estate career. Now running a team of 20 agents and staff, Ian enjoys teaching and mentoring his team and agents as they continue to make a name for themselves in the DMV.
